The renovation and conversion of the landmark designated 100 year old office building to an extended stay hotel had to satisfy the strict regulation of preserving historical structures imposed by Federal, State and City Governments.

Art Deco facade was preserved and revived with a newly created canopy with distinctive style.

Hotel / Residence Inn by Marriott, 357 Suites Extended Stay Hotel with Lobby, Lounge, Restaurant with Buffet, Exercise Room, Swimming Pool and Meeting Facilities.
